Last night was mashed potato snakes!And the roast pork as awesome!
And for breakfast this morning was eyeballs! Little baked biscuits with an egg on top. Quite tasty!

Catching up
I have taken too long to do an update. Amy really loves Halloween. This year she is cooking something Halloween themed almost every night. Here are a few so far:
Mummy Toes (pigs in a blanked with some creative knife work)
Shrunked Heads (baked apples with carved faces)
Spider Web Pizza (this was absolutely delicious, she made it as a Mexican pizza)
In addition to the spooking cooking, she has been helping out with her friends who have recently had newborns. Amy actually bought a second car seat for her car to tote around more toddlers. And apparently the idea of doing a home preschool with our friends is gaining steam. I think it is a great idea and can't wait to start working on finishing the basement.
